Over 36,000 individual volumes of books are available at Sand Springs' two public libraries.
The Page Memorial Library is housed in one of Oklahoma's most pristine examples of art deco architecture and serves as "the crown jewel" of Downtown Sand Springs.

Sand Springs residents living on the south side of the Arkansas River are served by the Harry Pratt Library also a part of the Tulsa City-County Library System.

Both libraries have access to video and audio cassettes, periodicals, reference materials and an unlimited amount of educational materials. Special educational programs are available for all ages throughout the year.
Tulsa Community College has a four-campus library system that houses growing book and periodical collections, including support materials for course work and a variety of titles for leisure reading.
Though only current TCC students and members of the TCC Alumni and Friends Association can check-out materials, the general public is welcome to use the services of the library during regular hours of operation.
